February 17... Where does time go??

Wow, I can't believe it has been more than two months since I last posted anything. I have been super busy starting the new job and all. Plus we have a brand new nephew named Jaetn (pronounced Jayten)! We also found out that we have another niece or nephew on the way, due to be here in September! Our family is growing all around us and it is lots of fun!

The new job is going fine. I am trying to get back in the groove of working every day. The hours are long and I usually work about 60 hours a week, but hopefully that will change soon. It is a challenge and I have learned a lot. I still have a lot more to learn though! John's job is going great. He is still super busy and bidding more jobs every week. He works so hard, but really loves his job.

We got to have Regan and Jaime spend the weekend with us a couple of weeks ago, which was a blast! It was real windy so we went to the park and took kites. We had such a good time. John cooked hotdogs on the grill at the park and we had a picnic. Gus was free to roam without a leash, and he did just that! By the end of the day, Gus and both kids had been in the river! I took pictures with my phone because I forgot my camera, so I need to go and buy a cord to download the pics from my phone to the computer so I can post some of them.

John and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on the 17th of January. He took me to eat at the Wharf and we went to see a movie. I can't believe it has already been 5 years. I am so lucky to have such a great hubby!

The holidays were busy, but great. We went to Eldorado for Christmas and that was so neat. It is fun to be around all those kiddos Christmas morning! We enjoyed lots of playing! We also went to Midland after Christmas to celebrate with my parents and that was fun too. We just celebrated and spread Christmas out over like a whole week!

I suppose that about sums up that past couple of months. Lots of big things happened! Growing families and reaching milestones! I have lots of pictures, but I need to head to work now. I will try to upload some pictures sometime soon!
